Verslininko (pardavėjo ar gamintojo) įsipareigojimas vartotojui grąžinti sumokėtą prekės ar paslaugos kainą, pakeisti, sutaisyti prekę ar kitaip pašalinti prekės ar paslaugos trūkumus, jeigu prekė ar paslauga neatitinka garantijos dokumente ar reklamoje, pateikiamoje sudarant vartojimo sutartį ar iki jos sudarymo, nustatytų sąlygų ar reikalavimų, kurie nesusiję su prekės ar paslaugos atitiktimi vartojimo sutarčiai. 2.
